WINE
as a
PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is simple yet unwavering: elevate Puglia by expressing its character with precision, elegance and a contemporary voice. Our wine project was born in the heart of the Itria Valley, where limestone soils, Mediterranean breezes and native varietals define a unique and expressive terroir. Under the guidance of renowned winemaker and agronomist Federico Curtaz, we interpret Apulian grape varieties such as Verdeca, Primitivo, and Susumaniello with freshness, depth, and a contemporary sensibility. Each of our wines is shaped not only by the land but also by our vision of design: clean lines, modern aesthetics, and a refined visual identity. For us, these elements embody what we call “La Nuova Puglia”, a region capable of producing elegance and identity.

with Federico Curtaz

A rigorous and thoughtful vision shaped by decades of experience in some of Italy’s most respected wine regions defines this collaboration. Working closely with Mario Frisino, the work begins among the vines, where careful observation, precise agronomic choices and respect for the land guide every decision. In the cellar, the same discipline translates into measured interventions, long patience and an instinctive understanding of balance. The result is a shared philosophy in which experience, dedication and local knowledge converge, allowing each wine to express the character of Puglia with clarity, elegance and quiet depth.

A wine that conveys the enchantment, magic, and essence of the fragments that make up the whole. Carefully selected bunches of grapes blend together to create a complex and fascinating wine that tells a unique story. Each sip is a sensory journey through the beauty of Apulian nature, captured in fragments of vineyards and landscapes, an expression of love and work, offering a combination of aromatic and gustatory notes, a mosaic of flavors that follow one another and blend harmoniously. The fragments that make up our history, made of love, history, and nature.

Nùmero

Primitivo Puglia IGP

→ limited edition numbered bottles

A name that speaks of measure, balance and intention. Each element is reduced to its essential form, just like its black, tone-on-tone label, quiet yet unmistakable. Time defines its character: 12 months in French oak tonneaux, followed by 20 months of bottle ageing, shaping depth, structure and refined elegance. Produced in limited bottles, Numero is a wine of precision and patience, where every choice has its place, and nothing is left to chance.

Metodo Classico

Pas Dosé

→ bubbles and elegance

More than a name, a concept. A choice of purity, precision and restraint. The black, tone-on-tone label, with its soft-touch texture and subtle polished details, reflects an idea of elegance that doesn’t seek attention And sets the tone for something unexpected: a sparkling wine that steps outside familiar regional patterns. A fine, persistent perlage gives rise to a dense, creamy foam, for a wine with a contemporary spirit designed to be experienced slowly.
